1.Quality clause:It is not guaranteed that every headset will have the same sound, but the noise and one side big sound one side small sound are our quality problem.If function problem more then 3%,you can cancel order,we return you deposit.

2.Quantity clause:We have weighed the goods before shipment.If there is a shortage of quantity, the customer needs to provide the carton weight picture and the logistics company's weight picture for confirmation.

3.Overdue clause:If the delivery date has been confirmed.But it is more than 5 days overdue, 100 yuan a day shall be paid to the customer from the 6th day.(TOP 1000RMB, IF is customers problem or natural disasters and international policies not need compensation)

4.Default clause:The customer has not paid the balance for more than three months.We will think that the customer does not want the goods, the customer violates the contract, so we have the right to sell the goods to other customers.(No refund of deposit)

5.Payment clause:The extra amount can only be used as deposit and cannot be transferred to others.Please understand.
